Festival of Geology

The Festival has 5 lectures by eminent speakers; 25 stands from Local Geologist societies displaying specimens and descriptions of field work; Map, book and specimen sellers; Rockwatch – an organisation for junior geologists; School Rocks! a loan service to schools providing specimen and lesson plans; and GA stands promoting the GA and offering membership.
